1.   Wrapping up production

The group discussed how long it should take to edit. Latoya has booked a private edit suite on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays each week in the month of April. We still have two days of shoot to film. One day to film all of Davida’s pieces to camera and the three remaining interviews. Due to financial reasons and being able to transport the equipment to Wolverhampton, we will shoot the remaining interviews in one location. This will also make the filming process more efficient. Places to film can include:

Janice Green interview to be filmed in the Baker Building Café

Michael Brown to be filmed in an office

Dion Farrell to be filmed in the TV Studio

A photo shoot of the three main characters will be organised to create the DVD sleeve. The YouTube/ Facebook campaign will start after the final cut of the documentary is completed. Segments of the film will also be shown at the final year exhibition evenings. Footage must also be given to Nash and the contributors. Filming will start as soon as possible and digitising of footages will commence next Wednesday.

2.   Paperwork allocation

Paperwork has been allocated by Latoya who has sent it to the members of the group. A colour coded title page for the production pack details the paperwork necessary. Paperwork will be completed in the allocated days in the private edit suite as it is the perfect time for the members to discuss the work. Printing of the folders can be done in one day.

3.   Music composer

Adele must talk to segun about the type of music she feels is appropriate to be made for the documentary. We will give him a rough or final cut at least two weeks before the deadline to give him enough time. 29^th April seems enough time.

4.  Evaluation

The evaluation must to be written up after the dissertation deadline which is the 3^rd May 2013. The document is 3000 words long, it should not take long, but as we are all busy with our dissertations the evaluation can wait until then as hand in is 10^th May

5.   Task setting

Adele – talk to composer, prepare for edit, paperwork, and update blog

Katie – write up of the days of shoot, paperwork and compose questions for interviews

Latoya – schedule remaining days of shoot, update blog, paperwork, get company logo off Nash
