Project Organisation

Here are some of the notes I took in last week’s lecture Wednesday 28^th February which continues on from things we need to include and in what order.

·        Contents page

·        Introduction – identify your challenge, explain your individual roles and contributions, explain the narrative of the process of the production, what we will be submitting (DVDs, diary, portfolio etc.)

·        Research pack- market research and audience research, results (pie charts) distribution issues.

·        Production pack – interviews, release forms, contracts

·        The product – for us this will be the final DVD.

·        Appendices

·        Critical evaluation

The critical evaluation must include –

·        2500 words

·        250 words introduction

·        400-500 words for each criteria which needs headlining.

·        200 words to conclude

·        The impact your research has on your production

·        What happened behind the scenes

·        Limitations of things that didn’t quite make the brief

·        What went wrong and why?

·        Technical skills
